The hotel is beautiful little and recently refurbished and housed in a beautiful building. The rooms here are absolutely perfect and clean. Location is excellent and wonderful, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it's in Haight-Ashbury district, very close to great coffee shops and bars.

The stylish Victorian decor really added to the atmosphere of the stay, which was definitely the best aspect. Plus, the location was perfect: just a short walk away from Haight Street's shops and cafes and within easy reach of public transport options around the city.
We did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. the room was quite small which made it feel a little cramped at times.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff who recommended great restaurants and provided us with a kettle and cups for making tea. the decorations were really lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Another great aspect was the hotel's location. It was close to amazing shops and cafes, and we could easily catch the bus to travel around the city.
We did have a few negative experiences. Our room was tiny, and it felt cramped for our luggage and ourselves.
